“The one thing I do every single day is wake up well before everyone else and take time to get ready and start my day in solitude. Each morning I wake up between 4:30 and 5:00am. I always listen to a podcast while I have a coffee or tea and get organised. I love that time, it means when the boys wake up I already feel like my cup is full and I can give them my full attention.”

“After a work out and time at the beach, and always when I spend time with my husband. He is the most encouraging and uplifting person ever.”

HER ADVICE FOR NEW MUMS AND MUMS-TO-BE:
“I would say “you are only as old as a mother as your youngest child is” meaning, cut yourself some slack. You are a brand new Mum every time you have a baby whether it is your first time or not. It is the first time you are a parent to that individual child, be kind to yourself.”
