HOW DID SARAH’S DAY COME ABOUT?
It all started five years ago, back in 2013 where I reached my breaking point with my severe hormonal acne. I was unhealthy, bloated, sick, inflamed and my hormones were all over the place. I was determined to become the best version of myself and cure my acne in a natural, holistic way.

WHAT CHAPTER IN ‘SWEAT IT TO SHRED IT’ DO YOU THINK YOUR READERS WILL LOVE THE BEST?
I think the readers who have followed my journey from the very beginning with really enjoy the ‘intro’ chapter. This is where I really open up and explain the reasons behind this whole eBook. I really let my walls down in this chapter and made sure I was super real and raw. I personally love the ‘Activity’ days of the eBook. I feel like these workouts are not only fun and flexible but they show you how you can truly maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle while enjoying yourself.

WHAT’RE YOUR TIPS TO YOUTUBE SUCCESS?
BE REAL! I know everyone says it but just be confident in who you are and the message you’re trying to project. Essentially it’s all about authenticity, consistency and creativity!

WHAT’S AN AVERAGE WEEK OF EXERCISE LOOK LIKE FOR YOU? 
If you read my eBook you’ll see that each week is completely different! Most weeks I’ll be doing 2 high intensity, fat-burning workouts, 2 lower intensity workouts and a bunch of fun activities and challenges to get me outside and active with my friends.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR LIFE MOTTO OF ‘LISTEN TO YOUR BODY?’
Our bodies are designed to give us these clues, cues and hints as to what it needs. I think a lot of people over-complicate health and fitness these days and honestly… let’s just make it simple again and listen to our bodies!

SOME TIPS FOR LEADING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE SEPARATE TO EATING AND EXERCISE?
Surround yourself with supportive and positive people. This is so much more important than you probably realise.
