“I like to fuel my body 1-2 hours pre workout with a small portion of complex carbohydrates like ¼ cup of oats or a banana to sustain my energy.
After, I always ensure to consume a well-balanced meal of protein, carbs and good fats. Something like an omelette or one of my favourite protein smoothie bowls!”

ON THE ‘RUNNER’S HIGH’…
For me, the runners high is getting ‘lost’ in a new environment you are exploring for the first time, and just appreciating the fact YOU have full control! I’ll never forget the euphoric moment I was running through the Swiss Alps a few years ago, not knowing where I was going but I didn’t want to stop. All I could do was smile. And run.
