Makes about 200g
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

ROSE
125g cacao butter, finely chopped or grated
¼ cup (30g) cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 drop doTERRA geranium essential oil
1 tablespoon dried rose petals

WILD ORANGE + ROASTED ALMOND
125g cacao butter, finely chopped or grated
¼ cup (30g) cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
6 drops doTERRA wild orange essential oil
2 tablespoons roasted almonds, crushed

PEPPERMINT + PISTACHIO
125g cacao butter, finely chopped or grated
¼ cup (30g) cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
4 drops doTERRA peppermint essential oil
1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
1 tablespoon cacao nibs

GINGER + TOASTED COCONUT
125g cacao butter, finely chopped or grated
¼ cup (30g) cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
5 drops doTERRA ginger essential oil
2 tablespoons coconut chips, toasted

Method:

1. Gently melt the cacao butter in a double boiler over low heat until a liquid is formed.
2. Remove from the heat, add cacao powder and maple syrup. Whisk until no lumps are left and the chocolate is completely smooth. Add your essential oils and whisk again.
3. Pour mixture onto a baking paper lined tray, sprinkle with toppings and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to set.
4. Break into pieces and enjoy!

You do have to be very careful about the brand you use of course as not all are safe for human consumption. This is the brand I use.
