CARDIO ABS WITH ALPHA BABES

CARDIO ABS

  • 15 RUSSIAN TWISTS (5-10kg medicine ball)
    Sit with your hands clasped, knees bent and heels off the ground. Touch your hands to the ground each time you twist from side to side. If you want, hold a weighted ball or dumbbell to challenge yourself!
  • 200 METRE RUN
  • 15 AB CRUNCH
    Lie on your back with your knees bent and hands behind your head. Tighten your abs as you lift and lower your shoulders rhythmically. Exhale as you lift and inhale as you lower, maintaining tension in your abs throughout the movement.
  • 200 METRE RUN
  • 15 HEEL TOUCHES
    Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Place your arms by your side with palms facing up. Lift your shoulders and arms about 6 inches off the floor. As you reach for your right heel with your right fingertips lean to the right. Switch to the other side and continue to alternate sides.
  • 200 METRE RUN
  • 15 MED BALL CRUNCH (5-10kg medicine ball)
  • 200 RUN

REPEAT X 3
